The Master Hydraulic Power Supply comes
powered by a 40 HP electric motor (460
volt / 3 Phase) but can also be powered
by other electric choices or even gas or
diesel.
The Hydraulic Pump and hydraulic
reservoir is self-contained with an
external filtering assembly and an
external cooling radiator with automatic
cooling fan.
Hydraulics typically power:

Speed Dispersion Unit

All mixer shafts
are powerful, worry-free direct
hydraulic drive, no chains or sprockets

The Operator
Control Station brings all your controls
to one location for ease of use.
Typical design includes controls for the
emulsion delivery, additive deliveries,
water delivery and weights of clay,
sand, aggregate, ink, additives and/or
other components.
Features include system on-off controls,
hydraulic system controls, water flow in
gallons, total gallons, emergency stop
button and more.
Control Station includes the low voltage
power supply. Low voltage is used
in most systems.

Load
cells measure every component you add to
your mix for exact adherence to your
sealcoat formula. Exact weighing
of each component means the same
accurate quality time after time!
Weights are conveniently read on the
Operator Control Station.

FLY-BY-WIRE
ELECTRIC / HYDRAULIC SYSTEM |
Electrically operated state-of-the-art
hydraulic controls provide the Operator
Control Station with efficient
one-location control over your plant and
associated equipment.
Each system come complete with an
automatic fluid cooling station,
radiator and automatic electric fan. |
The Hydraulic Pump
Manifold System has two 4" rubber geared
positive displacement pumps. Two
parallel pumps allow redundancy in case
of wear or routine maintenance.
You can run one or both pumps as the
need may be to move material from your
mixer to various storage tanks, or from
the storage tanks to a truck tank, seal
machine or remote tanks. |

The High Speed Dispersion unit contains
two stainless steel cutting heads for
fast dispersion of clays and other
ingredients.
This unit comes with a hydraulic drive
system controlled via the Operator
Control Station and a 3" rubber geared
positive displacement pump with an
additional hydraulic drive system.
